Hey, gang.

Unfortunately, UKR is no more. It started with a massive hard drive failure. I still haven't been able to recover the data. I remained slightly optimistic that I could get it back and running. However, a hacker recently infiltrated the site and set up a phishing page to get people's bank information. Pretty scary stuff. It caused my bandwidth to explode, and my host disabled the site.

Really, at this point, I'm so busy with so many other things, I just don't have the time to devote to reversing all the damage and keeping the site up to date.

It was a fun experiment while it lasted, and I really enjoyed getting to hear SO much great music!! Thank you guys for your support.

E

ps - I'll still be around this site from time to time! Smiley

Hey . . . yeah, thanks youngster.

That really was a cool place and you did a very nice job with it.

Sorry to hear about all the troubles.  It's bad enough that catastrophic hardware stuff still happens -- but, that hacker crap is downright irritating.

Look forward to seeing you around.  Post up some more of your classy tunes, dude!  Smiley

Greg - yes, it was cool! I really liked that station. Thank YOU for your tunes.

Don - thanks for the kind words. It was irritating, and frankly scary -- what if this bank thought that I put up the page and was stealing information....?

Mike - my other computer is in shambles.
