Dude!  I'd forgotten all about that!

We were sitting on the floor of the living room of at my sister-in-law's house.  Thanks for posting that.  I enjoyed that immensely.

We need to do that again someday . . .

I'll be moving to Phoenix mid-2011 and as soon as I get set up, I'll be looking to set up some meetings with some talented people.

Hey that sounded like a lot of fun!  And it sounds good too!  I wish I could have been there Wink

I don't get much of a chance to play anymore except occasionally in church.  My job has me doing about 3 times the work I used to do.  I usually get a couple of high level certifications in the computer technology per month along with about a months worth of pre-sales support for the sales reps and about a months worth of virtualization implementations, all in one month.  I used to take about 2-3 months to get this done but the climate is work everyone to death.

I'm not complaining.  I didn't loose my job or get a pay cut or anything like that and I've gotten more quarterly commission these last two quarters than the last two years combined!

I'm playing the main guitar and OD joins me. That's when it sounds really nice! Later he joins me singing.

Thanks! It was fun!

More correctly . . . We were sitting on the floor taking turns picking and occasionally grinnin'.    Buddah began playing and singing Landslide.  I had not a clue -- but jumped in anyway -- and it still somehow turned out okay.  Grin

You bet'cha.   Most likely around June.  I'll be retiring here at the end of May.  Just don't know how soon after that we'll be making the move -- but, it will be right away if I can get housing established.

We're coming in October (14 -27) for a house hunting trip.  Still haven't decided whether we're getting a new one while it's being built or buying a resale.  I'm still pretty uncomfortable with the foreclosure, short sale, bank-owned markets.  I like the prices, but don't like all the risk and complications.

We should hook up sometime during the visit.

Hey my old boss lives in Phoenix and he said the housing market is as depressed as any in the nation.  Bad for him.  Good for you!  He said prices are at an all time low and he's WAY upside-down on his.  I believe I would look for a foreclosure.  It would be a great deal right now.

Mikey

We had our place appraised last year, and decided to sell it this year, but the appraisal this year is down fifteen grand from last year, then on top of that, the realtor called and want's us to drop our price another five grand.
Geez Louise!!!!! That's twenty thousand dollars down the freakin' tubes!
