DM-24 and ProTools

Hey gang!
I was wondering if my DM-24 can be used with the FireWire card to be an audio interface for ProTools. I know the software can not play so nicely with others.
Thanks in advance!!

If you're using a mac do yourself a favour and go with Digital Performer
I'm not sure if ProTools will work with it, I'm petty sure it's limited to their own interfaces. I've been using DP for many years and it honestly out performs ProTools in so many ways it's not funny.

Hey Mark. Thanks for the reply. I'm not using a Mac, and neither is the guy inquiring about my DM24. From what I've found, it's probably a no-go. Stupid proprietary stuff. I guess when you're the market standard, you can do pretty much whatever you want, right? Oy...

Hey Mike. Yeah, I checked out those doc's, and they're for using the DM as a control surface. Unfortunately, my buddy is interested in the board for its I/O capacity (he would specifically use the Firewire expansion card).
Thanks for the info.!
