I just read the review in the June issue of Recording magazine. They give it high marks! Thinking of making the change to Computer Recording & Mixing. Already do Mastering on Computer.

But, I went to their Forum & it sounds like People are having tons of problems. Really surprises me since I own an Alesis 16 Track Mixer & 2 Adat and Masterlink. {I've had pretty good experience, although one of my Adats is not working.}

Currently use Tascam 2488. I want something more Portable & that takes up less space.

How would you rank Multi Mix 16 on a scale of 1 to 10? 10 being best. Why?

Thanks,

Lucky

I hear ya dude!
I bought an Alesis Multimix 8 Firewire, and saw all the negative press people were writing about it, so now just use it for submixing my keys, when gigging.
Alesis doesn't seem to be able to come up with good drivers for it.
What a waste, but I lost all faith in it.
